Unconditional love of a German shepherd

It was 20th of July 2017, when my friend, a 9-year old German Shepherd bitch, came to my bedroom and expressed as she was uncomfortable, she was changing her positions here and there and finally came closer to myself and sat down with a very low energy. Prior to this she has been vomiting once in a while for the last about 2 months. I told to my wife, that my daughter named Mishy is not comfortable so take her to a vet, as I am busy. Mishy was taken to a vet and diagnosed as suffering from gastritis. She was given medicines and vet advised to get her admitted in the clinic for overnight to hydrate her. Read More >>

Pulse Lab

Pulse Lab is a project of SRD specifically designed to assess the performance of political parties. Using various surveys and individual/group interview techniques, assessment reports are made which give an insight of the actual performance of the political parties/governments. Pulse Lab recently conducted an assessment in the Nowshera district of Pakistan, where as many as 1800 randomly selected individuals were taken into consideration. The report as well as the press release is available at the Publications. As predicted in our report, the Pakistan Tahrek-i-Insaf, won all the national and provincial parliament seats from Nowshera district. Read More >>

Bracing For Climate Change
(Jan 29, 2013) Almost 40 per cent glaciers in Afghanistan have been reduced in 40 years, whereas the glaciers supplying water to Ravi, Chenab, Beas and Jhelum Rivers are thinning, said Dr Chaudary Inayatullah, Climate Change Expert at Save the Children. He said that temperatures were likely to increase by at least 0.5 degrees centigrade per decade with significant implications for agriculture, food insecurity and malnutrition rates that were already beyond emergency thresholds in many flood prone districts that make up the Indus Basin. National Zero Hunger Program
(April 24, 2012) The seminar was organised to address the critical question of food security and to view the governments National Zero Hunger Action Plan (NZHAP) in this context. The NZHAP is a government initiative to address the problem of food insecurity facing the country, including hunger and malnutrition. National Zero Hunger Program Workshop
